Order To Delivery

We want to purchase pencil, could you tell me how to do ?

1、Please choose one type of pencil

First, we need to know the usage, writing or drawing? And the pencil length, quantity, package details, barrel surface and desgin pictures, etc... It’s better if you can offer.

2、Product design

You can discss with us about all the products specifications. As for the Logo figures and artwork, please send us AI, PDF or CDR form.

3、Quotation

According to your specific requirements and quantity, we’ll quote for you within 24 hours.

4、Comfirm order

After you accept our offer, please send us the purchase order, then we will send back PI (proforma invoice).

5、Payment term:

A. 30% paid for deposit by T/T before production arranged, the balance to be paid before delivery (after inspection)

B. LC at sight

6、Confirme the sample

With the final artwork, we can start the approval sample making. It may take about 1 or 2 weeks.

7、Mass production

Once you confirm the sample, we will start to mass production, it may take about 2 or 3 weeks depend on the quantity.

8、Quality inspection

Our factory have professional QC to follow the orders. All products have to pass strict inspection before delivery.

9、Delivery

We will inform you to get the prodcts or arrange to delivery them. Please make the balance payment ready.

10、After-sale service

If the products have obvious problem, you should inform us within 7 days after product received. We will follow it immediately.
